.beachfront Real Estate is dedicated to fulfilling brokerage orders with the greatest possible care and objective representation of the interests of sellers, landlords and lessors - hereinafter referred to as "seller" - and buyers, tenants or lessees - hereinafter referred to as "interested parties" - and both together as "Contractual partner" means - within the framework of generally recognized commercial principles and customary professional practice.

 

1. Type of activity

 

The activity includes proof or mediation for the purchase, rent or lease of land, houses, apartments, commercial real estate and other real estate. Errors, prior sale/subletting are reserved. The information and documents relating to the property are based on information provided to .beachfront Real Estate by third parties. .beachfront Real Estate endeavors to obtain the most complete and truthful information possible about contractual partners or objects. However, .beachfront Real Estate cannot assume any liability for their correctness and completeness.

 

2. General

 

Legally required information, in particular information on duties and taxes, can only be finally clarified in the course of reserving an object, whereby .beachfront Real Estate always asks the provider for this. However, .beachfront Real Estate is expressly not liable for the provision of these documents and information and assumes no liability for the completeness and correctness of the documents and information. However, we act according to our principles and will do our utmost to clarify all contractual obligations. Under no circumstances do we give promises and assurances that are based on verbal agreements and promises. When buying a property, we have all documents checked by a lawyer to ensure and protect our buyers. Our focus is on our customers.

 

All information, including contact information, of sellers and potential buyers of .beachfront Real Estate is expressly governed by the Privacy Act. Disclosure or use of this information without our consent is expressly prohibited, as is disclosure of property documents and property information to third parties without the express consent of .beachfront Real Estate, which must be obtained in writing beforehand. If the interested party violates this obligation and if the third party or other persons to whom the third party has passed on the information conclude the main contract, the interested party is obliged to pay .beachfront Real Estate the commission agreed with him plus VAT.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability for important information withheld from us in connection with your property purchase.

 

The amount of the commission depends on the contractual agreement made for this purpose and the statutory provisions.

 

The gross invoice amount is subject to an adjustment in the event of a change in the VAT rate.

 

Subsidiary agreements to the offers of .beachfront Real Estate require written confirmation to be legally effective.

 

The contractual partners are obliged to inform .beachfront Real Estate about the conclusion of a contract, i.e. about its complete content together with any ancillary agreements, and to leave a copy of it to .beachfront Real Estate.

 

Liability for content

 

As a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

 

Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is known. As soon as we become aware of any violations of the law, we will remove this content immediately.

 

 

Liability for links
